COVID-19 Protocol...

PLEASE do not schedule a massage if you have the virus, expect you may have the virus, or have any symptoms of any kind. Please help us keep our clients, our families, our community, and ourselves healthy.


Office Protocol...

1.Front door will remain locked at all times.

2.We will be wiping down all high touch surfaces between each client.

3.Trash emptied daily.

4.Rooms will be cleaned between clients and a final deeper wipe down at the end of the day.

5.Frequent air filter changes will be made.


Therapist Protocol...

1.We will wear a mask during our interaction time with you, from the time you come in until the time you leave.

2.Hand washing will be done religiously before and after massage. (As always)

3.Complete table linen change with each client, including blanket.


Client Protocol...

1.You must wear a mask at all times except when you are face down in the face cradle. Please bring your own if you have one. We will also have disposable ones available just in case you forgot yours or don't have one. **This is a non negotiable, no mask no service**

2.You are to remain in your car upon arrival.

3.Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time so we can do a brief COVID intake.

4.Please text or call your therapist and we will be right out to check your temperature and ask a few questions.

5.You must alert us if you have had the virus as deep tissue work would not be recommended and we may need to adjust the session.

6.Your therapist will bring you in the office and we ask that you allow us to open the doors for you.

7.You will be asked to leave your shoes in the front waiting room.

8.We ask that you go to the bathroom and wash your hands before entering the treatment room.


Cancelation Policy...

Thank you for booking with us! Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you do not show for your appointment, your therapist does not get paid. Please be respectful of your therapist's time and give at least 12 hours notice. If you must cancel last minute a love-offering is requested on a sliding scale of $30-$90 for the time you reserved. Thank you for respecting your therapist's time!


Clients will receive an intake form via email; please complete this form before arriving. Please also remember to confirm your appointment! Reminders are sent a week before and the day before your appointment.


Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time to review your intake with your therapist and use the restroom. Arriving early helps your therapist avoid running behind and gives you a chance to relax.


Please let your therapist know if you need anything while receiving treatment; more/less pressure, water, tissues, etc...This is your time to relax so please help us help you feel your best!


Following your appointment drink plenty of water and be sure to rebook to keep your body feeling its best!
