In today’s world, health is an important factor that helps us deal with the stresses of life.  I studied and became a license massage therapist in September 2011. I earned an  Associates in Applied Science degree in Therapeutic Massage in May 2013. In 2014, I took a position with Forsyth Technical Community College as an adjunct instructor teaching Swedish, Sport and Seated massage. I am a volunteered for the AMTA-North Carolina Chapter in the Meeting and Planning Committee.
